Does the residential rotating proxy has just one IP address per proxy? I see the package to buy 5 residential proxies, are those proxies considered to have just 5 IP addresses. Or they have more? I went through google but could find the exact answer

The nature of residential internet connections are in most cases dynamic IPs and not static.

Means they can change. Most of the time (if constantly used) they stay on one IP for a very long time.
But if there is (for any reason) a disconnect, the IP is in most cases taken from DHCP again and therefore can change.

So I assume it's the same for residential proxies. Each proxy will hold one IP for quite a long time, but it is possible it can change.

About rotating residential proxies it looks a bit different, as it seems the system rotates the different proxies in the background,
so chances are that you get different (more then 5 in your example) IPs depending on the rotation speed and the setup.

Best is you ask this question directly to the support of your rotating residential proxy provider, as you did not mention the exact service you want to use,
and therefore nobody in this forum can give you an exact answer...

Cheers

1 proxy = 1 IP at any given moment.

5 proxies = 5 IPs at any given moment.

Most providers will let you change the IP. Just bear in mind, no proper residential proxy seller will sell you "5 proxies" as residential proxies are sold as data. Unless you're using ISP proxies which are not residential.

The IP is their gateway server to handle their proxy pool, check this image, you can know it exactly,

If it is a rotating proxy you're supposed to get more than one IP address (everytime you rotate you get a new IP). Some residential proxies are static but if these proxies are residential mobile proxies, they should be dynamic.

This is the answer to the original question.

it actually says ports, 5 ports
does this means for 50$ i can have list of 70k ips??

You should check with the provider. For example, it is possible they may advertise having millions of IPs, but when you start, they assign you a pool of 20k IPs for you to use, and you may need to re-create your "zone/connection/whatever their termonology is" to get a fresh pool of another 20k IPs. And yet some allow you to use all millions without any limitations.
