the fact hes willing to pay right away shouldnt sway you, use escrow, or you
will likely loose the accounts to a scammer .

That's a red flag if someone asks you for the credentials first. The world has bad people too, hence discussing on these forums is a blessing.
I won't blame instagram support here. A lot of people really tried to help you out with the right way
