How to get instagram accounts for scraping?

At present, I am getting about $0.5 / account from accs market.
I use proxy and they require otp verification so that's a manual job for which I get a VA and they load my accounts.

Any software to create accounts using a specific proxy? I just need the cookie once they are logged in.

How are people approaching this problem? I need about 300-500 accounts monthly. What seems the best approach?

There's plenty of account vendors in the market place. Most are typically capable of selling you the accounts in a userass:cookie format or via binary files.
