Hey fellow BHWers, I would like your opinion on flipping my blog that brings in a measly profit each month.

I created this website 6 months ago, added 100 articles over time, and waited for organic traffic to come in.

I did not earn anything for the first three months due to lack of traffic, and I also didn't want the ads to affect the rankings.,

I put up Ezoic ads three months ago, and it has been earning steadily since then.

The first month's profit was $87, 2nd - $190, and 3rd - $311. As of October, it is earning a steady $10 per day.

Now, I'm not familiar with website flipping and would like to know how the final price of my blog would be calculated.

If I were to look over the earning history, this blog has earned $196 each month, is now bringing in $300 easily.

I know nowadays people sell their websites for 30x times the monthly profit, but is three months enough of a history?

I could wait a few more months, but I'm cash-poor and would like to sell this as soon as possible.

Anyway, what would be the final price for this website approximately?

Please note that I'm not trying to sell a website on BHW or get clients, I'm just asking for advice.

If I violated any rules, feel free to remove this thread.

Thanks in advance.

You need to wait for a little more if you want to fetch good money. If all the traffic is organic, you can flip it easily. Plus I think 30x is too much for a new site.

I think so too. I was checking Just Sold section on Flippa and websites that have been generating profit for 3-6 months tend to sell for 15-20x the amount of monthly profit.

Yes, and that's the price they are asking for... that's not the price they'll get eventually, which is more 10x the monthly profit.

And also i would not buy a 3 month old site, simply because it's way too new, maybe it just has one source of traffic which can stop from one day to another...

I think you could probably sell this site for $5K, give or take. However, why not wait for a few more months and see if you can grow the revenue?

You should be able to get 25X or so based on your last 3 months earnings. If you're paying for Ezoic premium, you'll have to subtract those costs from your revenue.

With over 6 months of verified income + over 70% organic traffic, you could easily fetch 30x or more.
It's especially true if the earnings are rising each month, it gives a sense of expansion and room to grow.

As it is right now, you could fetch anywhere around 5-8k$. If that's enough for you, go ahead.
Personally, I would just keep it. But that's just me.

as @TextChampion said , the price will be in the range of 5k but if the traffic is 100% organic , you can get more if you're lucky and the listing get some exposure

Why in a hurry when it's all organic traffics? Wait for at least 6 months more and keep on building content and links, you might flip it at a much higher price.

Thanks for the input guys, and yes, you are correct, I should definitely hold on to this one. By the way, traffic is 95% from Google, the other 5% is divided between Direct and Social, so yeah, traffic is mostly organic.

The good thing is, I operate in a niche where I have lots of personal experience, and creating content is not much of a struggle. However, where I struggle is perfecting articles to make them as informative for the users as possible. This happens because I'm not a native English speaker and struggle with creating English content.
