Using automation tools, nudity, or anything else?

Also how big was the account and which genre?

Sometimes, it takes time for them to response, but I don't there are any options than to send them an appeal.

Recently, only a very small percentage of the total appeals are being responded to.

Possibly due to the increase in the total number of appeals that are being filed on regular basis. Don't spam them every day, give them some time, present all the facts with proof and hope for the best!
