I am looking for a service to receive online text message, with a API. I have to be able to create unlimited phone numbers for this purpose.

Example case:
Automatically create 100 phone verified *** accounts.

Does anyone know of a suitable service?

thank you for your quick reply! Unfortunately, the Twilio Verify API you're reffering to is to verify your customers.
With twilio you can send a verification code to your customer by sms, after which they have to manually fill in the code they have received.

I am looking for a solution to bypass services like the one you mention, so a service where I can generate a phone number, fill it in on let's say facebook, and retrieve the verification code programatically.

I think it is, but I can't find anything about an API in the links you shared. The link I got from another member is:
