It isn't. A web admin could be considered the contraction of "website administrator", which is a very different skill.

Website administrators do stuff ranging from configuring Linux servers to setting up websites and databases to dabbling around web design. Very different skill than "data entry".

Maybe "manual data processing" would be a decent synonym.

But seriously, if all you do is input data, that's data entry as a definition.

If you also transform the data, you can call yourself a Data Engineer / ETL Engineer.

Data entry is basically a job for a secretary in a company. You could call yourself a secretary too if it sounds nicer for you.
