For those of you who deal with SMM panels and you bot your watchtime to get them to be eligible for the YouTube Partner Program (YPP), I was wondering what's the best way to transform these videos?

I was told a while ago when I bot my videos for 4,000 hours of watchtime to make long 1 hour or more videos with some music in them. Do they need commentary and what else do you suggest I do if that's not enough?

I want to make sure these videos are safe because I'll have to leave them live on the channel until my real content reaches 4,000 hours of watchtime.

Walk for an hour in your local park or around town and comment or talk about anything you want, then bot the video but don't monetize it when you are approved. With this, you get a 100% original video, safe for work, with your original voice and over 1 hour, easy peasy.

if it's your own original content then you're fine.

Thank you so much, man! This is actually what I've been looking for because I believe somebody a couple of months ago to walk around for an hour as I can easily have this done by paying someone to do it as I actually had someone make a few walking around videos for me when I was trying out the sex niche. I still haven't used a couple of those videos yet. How long do they need to talk in the video? Is just talking at the beginning of the video enough?

Thank you as well for adding in not to monetize the video when I'm approved for monetization as I've been wondering if that leads to demonetization when you decide to monetize it. Just to clear things up, YouTube will only demonetize you for the videos you have monetized right?

its better to deactivate comment, right?
I was wondering about this as well but hopefully, someone will answer it for us to be sure.

Thanks, man as I'm going to take @Ohmnito advice and do those walkaround videos.

Youtube can demonetize you for a lot of different reasons, some more strange than others but if you want to bot a channel's videos it is usually good practice to disable monetization on every botted videos because some botted views are not safe for monetization and could endanger your channel in the future.

Oh okay, I see what you're saying just don't monetize the botted videos. I will definitely make sure to not do that for sure that's why I usually don't bot the regular videos on the channel as they don't work for me anyways. Watchtime and subs do work for getting the channel eligible for monetization so I'll make sure to not monetize those watchtime videos.

On those watchtime videos, how long should the commentary be if it's a 1-hour video? Is the intro good enough or does it have to be more later in the video?

You really helped me out overall though your advice on how to make the watchtime videos so thank you again for that sir!

I would recommend speaking a little throughout the entire video, no need to talk nonstop, just a few words/sentences here and there but clearly enough so that the youtube robot can recognize the voice and the word spoken. If you don't feel comfortable speaking outside, you can just record your voice on top of the whole video at home once the recording is done.

I think it's depend on your niche. for example if you have sports niche, you can go run around the park. if you have horror niche, you can read 1 hour long mystery books.
make it related to your niche is the best way.

also, there are panels that provide watchtime but only need you upload 15 minutes video instead of 1 hour. I think this will make it relatively safe too.

Short intro's that would leave the viewers curious would be great

Thanks again man because it's confusing knowing exactly how much commentary YouTube wants over a video like this so I'll do it like you explained. I'll definitely have it recorded so that it's clearer for the robots.

That's an interesting one too doing a reading as well but I was wondering if they need to be 1 hour or not. It seems safer over 15 minutes plus the commentary can be managed better that way too. I just gotta find the right watchtime service in my panel because the 1 hour ones work really well but I gotta find one for shorter videos.

Exactly especially for retention as well so that there's no big drop-off in the beginning of the video.
