Just Contact The support on Facebook page tell them you need anther bank account to link with PayPal. Thy will Help you.

Use VBA. If it doesnt work contact payo ask them to give you a new one, try again. If it doesnt work try contacting payo for a new one, try again.

I contacted support in the past month, I wanted to move some of the money from Payeer to Paypal but the guy said is unavailable at this time. So maybe you can now or in the past. In the end I didn't get the money to Paypal, I exchange them and send them as DOGE coins.

You need to have the VBA from a certain bank (Community Federal Savings Bank), which is not what you get by default from Payoneer, so you need to ask Payoneer for that specific account. At least this was the case the last time, when i checked.

The reason for that is that Transferwise and Payoneer shares the Community Federal Savings Bank as banking partner. The VBA provided by that bank works with PayPal. While Transferwise provides that VBA by default, you can link Transferwise to PayPal with ease, the default Payoneer VBA is not provided by that bank and not supported by PayPal, so linking to PayPal is not possible unless you specifically ask for that VBA from Payoneer.

Hi OP! Payoneer works great for PayPal. Usually just need to call support, they should be able to help you with this.
Payoneer default US bank (First Century) can be linked to PayPal as well
