Google Shopping is nuts. Please, help to understand

Hi! have you worked with google shopping ads?

I recently saw something weird. Can someone explain to me how it's possible?



Highly competitive keywords
2 position is book on amazon (Wtf) with no monetization whatsoever

1 and 3 are legit. And the last 2 leading to this type of page

And if you go to the homepage of this website, you will find some home decor etc.
It's badly designed. How did it make it through to the top positions here with no licence?

The same situation with most of UK ED med keywords
And in the US as well. I once even found "heroin" in google shopping.

Does google check the content? Is it cloaking or just high bids?
Any feedback would be appreciated

It's cloaking 100%. Still these types of ads don't last long. They just go for the short run.

Thank you for the reply! I was thinking of the same thing. Is there a way to detect it and see how google sees it? From obvious - the title is misspelling the correct name.
And the page itself doesn't mention the exact word of the drug.

it's running for at least a few weeks now. I would gladly go for the short run after the short run in one of my niches - a similar one.
Is there anybody who can assist with it?

I don't think it's so hard to reverse engineer,

Take a look at products: there's no real name of products mentioned anywere on the page, plus pharma products are mixed with default template products (some clocks etc.), everything made on Shopify, there is not that much options how it was done,

could be that default template with default products was made and used for dummy campaigns, and after that real products were uploaded and launched on separate campaign/adgroup, could be that everything was approved before, and affiliate links were added after it (but there's link with redirect, Google doesn't always checks it, or not right away anyway, so it could as well be just made with affiliate links from the start), finally could be, that products pages were made and approved with different pictures, and then they were switched on the server

Not that hard to try these combinations. Anyway it's clear that there's no cloaking whatsoever on domain

Thanks for the input! Makes sense, they don't mention the name of the drug anywhere. Except for the image, there is no mention of the drug
The rest 2 websites I found work in the same manner.

So, looking for hire a cloacker. Any person or place you can suggest to search? Except for the HAF section
I tried googling "hire cloaking expert", haven't seen their ads there.

Thank you so much! Yes, all 3 websites look too much Shopify style and default hello world stage.
I will need a good-aged account for this, I assume.
And somebody to help me out. I have found literally zero info on cloaking in shopping ads. Although, it makes sense. Because in pharma it's hard to run text ads, so instead of this block google puts shopping ads. The only weird thing is that I haven't see it that often.

That party is over. However I was able to make good money using that "advantage" In the beginning of the year. Those loopholes ate constantly appearing but you need to jump on it as fast as possible
