I need: facebook image tagger software

Need some software where I can input my facebook user/pass in a list of a few hundred. It should then allow me to set 1 photo, and tag all of the friends of the person in this photo. If there are limits, it should allow me to imput multiple photos and repeat x times.

does this software exist?

Alot of things are possible.
Coder's make complex things for a price.
Coder's Give simple things for free.
So im guessing that all the wonderful idea's you come up with for bots wont be free and they will charge for them. It is possible to mass message online users but what you could do is get an autotyper on 5 seconds and click through the names, it types the message and sends. Thats a relatively fast simple way of doing it for FREE. Without the need to spend out and it shouldn't take too long. Either do that or outsource someone to do it for you?
