HOW DO I GET THE OLD LEADERSHIP ON SERP?

Hi, I'm new to the forum, this is my 2nd help thread. I had a website before and I was ranked 1st on page 1 in serp.. but I stopped taking care of the site and even forgot to pay my domain name bill and then my site was shut down. then rival sites just below me stole my texts and seo codes for my site and rose. now how can i get my leadership back again? What would you suggest for SEO? I can't compete with myself, but maybe I can improve myself. I want this too. First, I started to implement a strategy like this: the target keyword is xxxxx 2021. I set the target keyword as xxxx 2022. so in a few months it will be easy not to cling more strongly to the first row. but the description part of my site does not appear, instead it writes any random text within the site. How do I solve this problem and what do you recommend for promotion?

I applied the description, keywords, title encodings.
I bought a backlink a few days ago.
I created a sitemap and robots file and sent it
I registered the site in yandex search engine and google.
I started getting traffic from social media.

What do you mean by SEO codes? You didn’t specify if you purchased the same domain again or not. FYI, if it’s available and you get it again, you might be able to get some of the juice it used to have.

It means even though the website was shutdown, the old domain still retains the juice from the backlinks it has, you just need to have it back online. But since you lost it, it’s irrelevant now. You’ll have to start link building all over again.

The only problem I can see here is within your website meta tags,

For ranking, you did it before so I believe you know the basics at least,
other than that, you should give a look at some guides shared here, then make a thread with specific questions,

When it comes to the title meta tags,
Could you confirm they're showing as you want in the source codes,
If yes, you should try to tweak the content and add similar text to it,
nothing guarantee it will fix it tho, it's completely up to google to screw your titles sometimes and your only bet is to change the current title(s) or/and the content
