Not really, first of all you must change your phone hwid each time before loggin into another account, considering IP and MAC Address and also IMEI, after that you must upload unique video to each account, you cannot just repost the same video, like that you'll make it easier for TikTok to detect that you are reposting the same video and all the accounts will just get shadow banned and you won't receive any views at least.
or maybe you'll get a ban wave on your accounts.
