I think that facebook is the best platform for such a business. It is well studied and there is lots of information about the ways to deal with the platform and achieve success.

Try it on Wildberries. Or even make ads about your clothes on ebay. And best of all, create a website for your branded clothing.

Surprised no one's mentioned Mercari. Haven't tried personally but they are more lax than eBay. I see counterfeit stuff on there all the time.

If there is no such one, then you should think about sales channels. For example, you can try to launch this campaign in facebook. Of course, it's quite unsafe as we can notice, because facebook has recently became famous for leaking information, however it still remains as one of the most popular resell platforms. I believe that everything depends on your purposes. Don't forget about proper marketing campaign, because it matters a lot in this case. You should know how to promote your goods.
