Build some links to your home page first, then point guest posts to pages you actually want to rank. FYI, if your keyword is "buy xxx", don't use the anchor text as "buy xxx" unless you already have a ton of links going to that page before you hit it with the guest post.

Simply to the page you want to rank (if any specific one),
that would depend on each of these pages and their targetted keywords,
if the product page include good keywords with decent traffic then try to rank it,
if most of the blog post got more and easier keywords, it would be a better choice
