If you are going to promote your site in social networks, porn reup method etc - simply redirect domain to affiliate offer, or make a landing page.

For Facebook or Instagram you will need lander without porn, nudity - maybe some sexy girls not nude.
I am not sure about adult words in domain name - i think it is bad for such traffic sources.
