I want to know how to host multiple PBNs with different ips? Do I have to purchase multiple hostings?

How it can be done at cheap rate? Although I'm gonna make the PBNs quite natural (I mean I will put good quality content and some links also)

It depends on how much PBNs you are setting up,
if it's a low number, you can use different cheap hosting providers in different locations,
or you can go with google cloud with multiple instances if you are setting up a big network

As @hideath said, Depends on how many PBN's you want to make....
I would also suggest to buy different cheap hosting services and make proper groups of them. It may look a lot of work but it is definitely the cheapest way to do it.

That's the "pbn hosting" providers are actually doing, but it can be done only with privately, not within some of these networks and their 100's (let's not say 1k's) pbns

Yeah trying to make it more popular because people use the vague term PBN for everything and it can get confusing.
