Script Penalization On Videos

Let's say you make a video about 'best places to travel in italy', and you read the script word for word from a website. Do you think the bots detect this and prevent you from ranking/getting recommended?

Has anyone tested this or has any experience with this?

The bots may detect or the owner of this video sets that

That's pretty much a copyright violation and your channel can be terminated because of that. Bots might not be able to detect this, but once the owner or someone else notices that it will be shut down. I'd try to at least write the blog posts with your own words and don't copy 1:1.
