I updated Black Hat World Wikipedia page

Maybe someone should update the homepage screenshot? As it seems a bit naff to have tunescool plastered all over it, as funny as it actually is seeing that though. :D

I notice @RushingWind said the same thing over a year ago!

Should put a section on Wikipedia just about tunescool

Oh I missed to include the LOGO.

I dislike the initial definition.
BHW is mainly focused on online marketing, isn't it?

Ya Spamdexing should be serious technical term. It says it is used to manipulate search engine idexing although a stupid algorithm needs it to train it for your deserving audience.

For ex- GSA sellers can add more detail like % high DA domains % High DA pages % do/nofollow links %link from same domains % Joomla k2 links.(LOL you won't get it :) !!) etc. This can help optimize keywords which is the the whole point of indexing.

Remember to add a link to your money site or tier 1 site on the wikipedia article as an example of Spamdexing.

I recommend to lower down the terminologies that being used. :) for general readers sake :)

So, spamdexing is an umbrella term for blackhat SEO :suspicious:

you need to put more contents.. take a help from good content writer or try to make the more contents...
I am the best content writer.

I have only two terminologies good and bad.
I see your blog linked OP on the wiki page smart
Thanx.
Yeah, I see his spammy website too.
What a joke.
Thats all the empathy I have for Black hat world.

I was about to say that if the wiki was created when BHW was created then that would explain why such a basic explanation, but it looks as though the Wiki was created in 2016, which is a bit concerning.

Some whitehat guru might have used the term to convey that all blackhat SEOs are spammers. Calling blackhat SEO as spamdexing is like calling SEO as indexing. We generally use the term "spamdexing" for "indexing sites through spamming" but not for SEO. Moreover, the definition of the term calls SERPs as index which is awkward. Overall, I think that the term gives a negative impression of anyone who wants to know more about BHW. It's better to call BHW an internet marketing forum which mainly discusses whitehat and blackhat SEO.
