I'm sorry, I don't think their tool will help here. Since I misunderstood you. Zennoposter can help with your task. You need to write a script that will work in multi-threaded mode. And in parallel, download the number of videos you need.

What you're using is already good enough, just make sure it runs on a good RDP server.

There is no way that tool itself can help you upload faster, no matter of a system that tool is using.

Go in settings and remove delay time (seconds) between uploads, and that's all you can do.

Youtube also need to process the video before it's live/published, so you have to wait for that to happen too.

If you really need ultra speed, make sure to lose a bit of video quality and weight, so make it 2-3mb size.
