Pay $10 and transfer it out, new name servers with new company
I could try, but how long will that take?
Never had this issue.
Use cloudflare with namecheap. Problem solved.
not posible, how do I update my nameservers to the ones cloudflare gives me?
Are you joking ? You need to change nameservers to Cloudflare as well to use Cloudflare.
It's done on their control panel, 2 minute thing.
Namecheap was really good for me in the past year until 1 week ago when i bought a .com domain. Dns didnt update for 2 days until i contacted their support. They said they needed to update the timezone to their current timezone and after 1 day dns finally were updated but now the free ssl was not getting installed. I contacted their support again and they said to wait and i waited 1 more day but still nothing. Then i opened a new ticket and finally their support fixed the problem however now the 1 year ssl certificate was telling me it will expire in 55 days lol. Again went into their support and they fixed it. So yeah a lot of problems with them lately however their support responds really fast to me and they fixed the problem. So i advise you contact their support in live chat really often until one of them fixes your problem.
I have contacted chat support like 10 times, also I have a long ticket open with them, I always get the same response:
Hello,
Thank you for your reply!
We are sorry that it takes time to resolve the issue. Our upstream-provider confirmed that the domain is still pending creating the status at the Registry level. We need to wait and monitor it at this stage.
Once we have the news, we will inform you.
Your patience is highly appreciated.
and:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us back!
Please let us clarify that being a country-code TLD, .ES domain names have some peculiarities. To our regret, sometimes one of them affects the domain registration.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel your domain name registration due to Registry restrictions: The Registry Operating company which manages this TLD does not revoke the domain name and does not credit the refund for the domain name registration.
Please rest assured that we do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
Thank you!
I just tried changing the nameserver on one of my new domains, and it seems to work normally. So, either it is an issue with the tld; or it is something that's happening to your account only. Or perhaps you are not doing it the right way? If you show me a screenshot of the problem, perhaps I can help.
Just to be clear, I have been using nc for ages and never had a single problem with them. 99% of my domains are with them currently.
I have most of my domains with them and I never had any issue, their support is fast and always online, but nobody actually does anything,
I even contacted Enom (their upstream domain provider) but they do not want to give me any information because of privacy issues
