How to sell youtube channel without getting scammed?

I have some questions about selling yt channel for 20k$.
1- how to sell it correctly, paypal or escrow . com and how to avoid the l scam.
2- the main email of channel has other channel and adsense so I can't gave it, how to skip this?

Made friends with one of the staff there a while back and he said there was some shit with their escrow. Used it for small stuff but wouldn't go near it with $20k.

Also probably wouldn't go through PayPal with that kind of thing. Escrow.com is probably your best bet.

For buying youtube channel there's always a risk. No matter how u do, for big channel the seller can always take it back. Need trust in this case.
How to gain trust, be honest. Tell him everything before u sell.
If u want to scam, u will just run away with money after he paid right?

Epicnpc is a good place to sell a high value channel.

I'd recommend against using Paypal. It's unlikely that they would even allow such a high value transaction unless both of you were using Paypal regularly with such amounts. Bitcoin or other crypto is your safest option.

You can separate the channel from your google account by converting it to a brand account. That way you can keep your google account, email and adsense.
