Hi Guys,

So I bought image packs from various stock image sites.

And I've recently found out that another site that is in the same niche as me is using the same images for the same topic that I associate the stock image with.

Eg. I may be using a Cat.PNG for "how to pet your cat correctly" and they would use the same image for "How to pet your cat the effective way"

My question here is can I do something about it since my publish date is older than theirs?

They did not plagiarise my content.

Looking forward to get answers here.

You bought images from a stock site, they bought the same images.

That's the way of the world. These are like buying PLR articles, they are there for anyone to buy.

Either that site owner is buying same images or copying from your website.

Just do a small test. In next article, just use a cropped image and see what happens.

That could be smart to do. Or anyway check the rights on where you bought the images. If it's for sale to the public, there's no much you can do. But if you modify them a bit and find out they are copying from you, you can send them a message. Usually they stop copying.
