How can I get pay per call affiliates

So I am currently doing lead generation through a black hat method which is highly profitable but traffic is very low.
I work with a few local business providers and I want to double down on lead generation

Talked to a guy that suggested paying per call and then transferring the qualified leads, have been digging but can't seem to find where I can get something like that rolling, offervault asks publishers for referrals and bs like that

So I am looking for affiliates to do the advertising and get paid per call, what would be the easiest way to start getting this started?

Pay per call is so tough bruh.

I tried for years to make it work, its just hard to get people to give you a call, and tracking for ppcall isn't easy either.

Scale up the lead generation you're doing with paid traffic, have you tried google display network?

Let me clarify because I think you didn't understand my point, I am not looking to compete with other advertisers, I just want to pay someone per call I get, is it that hard in your opinion?
Just like being a business that pays for calls, just that I will be a middle man for those calls

That's not too hard, you just need to sign up to ringpartner or something like that and be able to track calls and then create a thread in the affiliate marketing section on this forum to get a few people to generate calls for you, your main job is then to find affiliates willing to promote your offers.
