Link Web 2.0 Blogs & Properties Together?

Say I build 20 Web 2.0 Blogs, do you link them all together?

Just wanted to ask before I went ahead and did so, I assumed the power would be worth more this way

Link wheels? yeah I use them for branded socials (ie the first tier of socials built pointing directly to the money site). Too much effort to do them T2 onwards.

I'm talking Web 2.0 Blogs (WordPress, Tumblr etc), I know socials you could Link wheel, but for create mass Web 2.0's and sending links to increase power

I personally keep those separate. It's a little harder to rationalize web 2.0s being 'not spammy' if they're all linked up. But I'm more cautious than most tbh, I do know people who've link wheeled their entire web 2.0 networks lol

Better is to keep all your links separate. If they are all linked they are easy footprints, don't you think?
