Ways to create lots of backlinks

I have two online adult video sites.
If I create an anchor text back link on each video page of site A to point to the home page of site B, each page of site B also has a back link to the home page of A .
So, will my two websites have thousands of valid backlinks?

quality over quantity. buy best backlinks with limited amounts like 10-20. just dont spam thousands of backllinks you will be kicked out

SE will consider (count) all backlinks from site A to site B and from site B to site A as one backlink.
If you want to get better results you need to find more places for your baclinks on other related web sites.

I recommend you to create few High Authority websites backlinks instead of doing this type practice
because one High Authority backlink is much better this type 100 links

Look at your competition OP. You will get tons of ideas and even places where you can get a backlink (free and paid as well).
