I tried and result was There is so Much Drop mostly same day or the Rest next day too.. Totally unsatisfied
This alone should tell you it is not safe for any purpose.

The views will drop very fast. Best way to get YouTube video views is through Google Ads & this is an approved way as per YouTube's TOS.And if the Google Ads campaign is run effectively, apart from views, there will be engagements as well (subscribers, likes, comments) assuming that the video content is good.

Yeah most views from sites like that will bounce, destroying your engagement analytics thus your video won't get suggested. Unless you really hate your mum, don't do it lol.

And, if fake ad / bot clicks are detected, the YouTube channel loses monetization (and the right to apply to monetization).
YouTube will also look at the traffic sources more carefully when channels get to the monetization review stage.
Just because views are cheap, do not run and buy them, it may jeopardize your main intention of buying views.
