what should i do
start from the beginning ?

try to change your fb account, it might be your facebook account which have violate any rules in past or near past
2nd thing try to buy a page with more then 1-3 month old so it have good authority in fb before you promoting on it via fb ads

If you break TOS it is unlikely that you will be unblocked.

just start again, fb is easier.
you can use the same credit card on the new FB acc, no problem whatsoever.
google and bing are more pain in the ass, as after they banned you once, you can't use the same cc or you will get automatically banned before even you started

As per the Facebook policy, you are not supposed to use your profile page to try to sell, market or advertise any type of brand. Such things will be tretaed as "Misused Profile"
