(Question) download any landing page

Hey, here I have some questions regarding cloning other landing pages:

1. Sometimes when I download a cpa landing page using the httrack, I can not find the content locker code.
I want to remove the content locker and use mine.
What is your method to find the content locker of a cpa landing page (other than using a tool like purelansder)?

2. When I download other websites landing pages using the httrack, I just replace the content locker with mine and upload it to my web host and use it. But I heard when you rip a landing page. You need to remove/change some codes/files and clean it up.
One of the reasons you need to do that is: The landing page will steal 25% of your traffic.
Is that true? If yes, then what are the things that you need to remove/change?

And you need to have some brain what i said. its hard to explain every detailed stuff. Httrack or clone they can just fetch you html and js. and content lockers are based on js you can simply remove them from the code.

Actually you will be the one who is stealing traffic from them on badwidth based, There is nothing loss to you on traffic or others. If you cannot clean the path codes its waste. That is the reason i said just CTRL+S your good with that too.. If you still dont understand me then god help you LOLz

They might have code which reloads the page and displays content based on geo or other data they have. Such as to spoof the content or target the offers.

You can try right clicking and use inspector tool, you can see the HTML in that panel and just select the part you need which will remove all header information such as JS and CSS, you can just copy the header information you need such as CSS or meta data and add your own JS for your own locker.

that's a good idea, but since I do not know css, html, etc I can not do that.
