Looking for help on how to creat a site like this

So I hope to god this is the right board, well what I want to try is to create a similar site as volleybox(.net) but make it for another sport.
The functions I want to have on the site are:

1. Membership
2. Profiles of Players with sport specific skills they can add
3. Members can create profiles of coaches, players, etc and those individuals can claim the profile.
4. Job board
5. Players can set their salary
6. Agents can create an page where they show off their players

Basically most of the function that volleybox has, I tried with buddypress, but I couldn't make it

Any help would be awesome, if this is not the board for it please move it to another board.

Try with wordpress and You might find something similar on themes on themeforest, or if not there a loads of plugins wich can get You close to your needs

So the theme is not a problem, I am more plugin worried, as I can't for the love of god find a combination of plugins that would make my site work as theirs.

There are a lot of plugins that you can change, try to think what other niche has something similar, on worpress you have 90% chance of finding it

I don't have enough experience for forums but maybe start with whatever you can and then modify when you start having members in the site later.

Yeah I've been trying for a few weeks now and still searching

a lot of plugins can be used to create what you wanted on your wp site

I know but I am thought someone has a bit of an idea which ones exactly.

A forum might be a solution, I will look into it as well.
