Almost everyone is looking for fast cash - I'm not sure what you mean here by "fast" as you didn't give any time frame.
If an (even experienced) SEO tells me that they turned a website well profitable (in sustainable manner) in 6 months, I will consider that extremely fast. If SaaS product gets traction after 1 year, that will be fast as well. If a newcomer to the field tell me that they managed to learn all the essentials and launch profitable websites in 2-3 years from start, I will consider that fast.
Read up the articles given by members here, but many things here might seem a lot easier that they really are. Biggest blocker is the experience and skills. Which need to be acquired. So you must learn, for which this forum is a good starting ground.
There are only two ways to make cash fast. With all due respect, one would need to sell drugs or ass. Harsh truth, but it's good to learn now that there is no such thing. Anything promising to make you money in a few weeks or couple months is gambling at best and scam at worst.
Can't remember who said it here, but it's become one of my favorite quotes in these situations: "It's funny how people spend a ton of money and 3-5 years on a degree, but want to learn SEO in couple months and spend max 30 bucks on an online course."
