My image is not revealing, not provocative. domain names are cloaked well. but still being discovered by facebook after posting ads

You need to tweak your sales funnel, facebook check your website & links on it as well, get an article website or a news/informational video related to your niche, promote it as your main ad, then you can have your visitors opt-in in your page.
