I work with Appen and they pay by direct deposit into the bank through Payoneer, my Payoneer is a stealth one. so I need a VBA or anything similar that will work with Payoneer so I can then access the funds deposited into this bank and transfer it, could anyone provide me with any solution for this case?

One option: find a reloadable credit card provider that accepts Payoneer to Payoneer payments. Use the card then in any way you want. I assume that you don't have the actual Payoneer card, because you bought the account and this is the whole reason for your issue. Next time ask the stealth account seller, if he can deliver you the physical card to some PO box/middleman mail service. I never heard of such service, bit if you managed to buy the account, I don't think getting the card linked to it is impossible. At least he could have given you the card data so you could use it to buy stuff online. Ask him for this first, before you look at other options.
