How on earth is 31 impressions + 7 views a 6.5% CTR?

check the warning symbol sometimes it leaves last 2 days or suspicious activity then re-verify and update after 2,3 days

Saw this but it says up to the minute, and this video has been up for about 12 hours now.
I'll document here whether it changed after a few days.

Its clear if you / user have used same device or IP and watched many time the views will be marked suspcious and updated over time
