Hello everyone, I hope you are well. Paypal want from me identity verification. But I did not use my name and now I have to send a document with the name and address I used when registering. What can I do?

Go at setting, update your name then send them the verification document..

You are limited at what you can do when editing your name, you can only edit typos.

best to call them or chat them and explain his situation.

Obviously, as everyone knows PayPal is too hard and this things should need to avoid while creating a PayPal account.I mean, you can't make an account in any Random name because it will surely sooner or later ask you to Prove the Ownership of the report through Verification Process. and if you cannot be able to provide it, then mean that u are about to Loose that account

Google for the meaning of "stealth" and apply that concept to docs and take it from there.

PayPal is complicated when they detect some unusual activities in your account. But there is one email address where they can be almost always reached out to. Normally they answer within 48h. This is the address: impressum at PayPal dot com

My account was suspended because of random suspicious transfers. They randomly halt transactions and leave it up to you to prove they are legit.

I'm inclined to agree with many here: just contact them and explain the situation. Back when I had to go with this verification they required my social security number. Long story short the account is disabled now, not that I need it anyway. I'd still suggest contacting them. They seem like the talkative type, at least they were with me.
