GMB Problem - Why this Guy Ranking so good?

Hello,

I tried to Rank for the Keyword "Entrümpelung Düsseldorf" but i cant because there is a Listing with the Name "Entrümpelung Düsseldorf" and Google think that the User is looking for this Company or what is near to the company.

I uploaded you a Picture of that. Entrümpelung is Like Clearing Out or Junk Removal and then the City Düsseldorf. In all other Cities i builded my Listings and i never had this Problem.

Normaly Google looking for Listing which are near to the City but never near to the other the Company.

Is there a way to get him away? What do you think ? Or what should i do ? I think about to use my lawyer because he has no data about His company and we have laws for that. So maybe he have to Edit and build this Data , and then after that i can change his Name in Google.

Maybe that worth to start with Google first . You can send them a message for the same. If it does not work, than I assume you can start thinking about the lawyer.

Well he's obviously ranking high because he has keyword in NAP. If you want to outrank him you will have to implement SEO strategies. That is recommended not just to out rank him but to out rank your competition in general.

I really don't know how I feel about involving a lawyer and how much would that pay off. I mean I get it that this guy whoever he is, is hurting your business. But it can be a long process, given that it can be a pain in the ass to link that account to the owner in the first place because he probably is using a bought Gmail PVA on a proxy and that guy just bought the verification. Having said that I really am not aware of how laws work with it.

Don't worry, He is just spamming the listing with the exact keyword in his listing name.

You just focus on building high quality local citations to your local GMB map listing and get some reviews.

And, If you can just report his listing with some relevant Google accounts or change his name using some Google accounts.

I think it made with GMB tag feature. Google removed it and new businesses can't get a tag. I think they will remove in a time and your problem will be solved. You should just have to wait and keep going on your improvements.
