I created a Facebook ad account using a PayPal account and the account got disabled before I could run any ads could I create a new paypal account and use the same card? and if not then what are some other ways I can use a different payment method without actually changing the card? I tried privacy.com but they don't accept business cards

You can create a new PayPal and add a card there. Warm up your account before adding this payment method to the site

You can't use same CC again in another FB account or else the new account will get suspended under "Suspicious Payment".

I think you should go to the bank to make your own visa card so that when there is a problem it is easy to verify the card
