I'm planning start upload some videos on youtube shorts, maybe today i start :)
Thank you for your screen.

Then what is the benefit of doing shorts?
Building an audience? Redirecting traffic? Content locking? I dont know. You find your way.

For me getting views is a good start. If you upload daily you can grow subsribers.

Why youtube isn't pleased with me ! Oh God tell me what is I am doing wrong !

Awesome and congrats man. That is good to hear. Just don't get too carried away because there will be slow periods where it seems like you are getting nowhere. Either way, you just got to keep at it. And it sounds like you are doing just that, so you should be good. Not that I am a foremost expert.

Do you plan to use shorts in other niches too ?

Well. I made some #shorts and it's start get views (around 400-600 too by the way) but ... i didn't get how it work. Is there any info about how YT algo works for #shorts ?

Too early to say it viral. If the videos get hundreds thousand views within 24 hours then it has the possibility of getting viral. Viral means recommended by youtube algo and it get millions of views, usually more than 5 millions. By the way, the watch time for shorts is sucks.

What is the difference between shorts and YouTube upload video?

youtube is reconmencing the shorts a lot, so I think it's time to upload them by the hundreds on different channels

Yeah.. Good start bro..
I also tried YT Shorts for my food channel and a few of my videos crossed even 1k views within a week but it doesn't give me any new Subscribers and additional Watch time (since the duration is short). So I decided to stop doing it and focusing on my Main content rather than Shorts.

I started a YouTube channel last month for my bird. It's been about a decade since I properly started uploading to YouTube, so I'm still getting used to all the new features on it.

For the most part, I've been keeping my channel innocuous (i.e., not manipulating; just uploading videos), and this is just something I'm doing temporarily as I have my reasons. Anyway, I noticed that my YouTube Shorts have been my most popular, but they all seem to follow a similar pattern:
  1. I upload the video
  2. At some random point, YouTube ends up running it as a short.
  3. It shoots up in views (around 200 to 800) and likes (18 to 50).
  4. I get a subscriber or two from each video.
  5. It plateaus and the videos returning to getting a few views a day.
It was interesting seeing your stats and reading @Bulbulator's post as my experience seems to be similar to you two for YouTube Shorts. I'd imagine some types of content and niches see far better results from it.

Then what is the benefit of doing shorts?
If it gets viral, you may get paid for it. YouTube started separate funds for it.
