No need to search. There is no pre-maid tool for this. There are tools for extracting emails from the description. But business emails that are protected by ReCaptcha are the real value. It is not possible to maintain a public because Google is constantly changing the game. Changing HTML, JS checks to introduce limits per account. Just try to extract a few emails manually and you will see that it's not a piece of cake. However, there is a solution...

I was not aware these scrapers are so rare that nobody was able to recommend one to OP. It seems to me that making a private one should be fairly easy, unless Mr. G has some extra flak to throw our way.

You need the following:

• Buy a bunch of Google accounts (never tried it, but I guess they could come with cookies so you don't even need to deal with logging via script as long as cookies stay valid)
• Rent proxies that are not banned by Google (might take a few tries to find a good deal)
• Reverse the endpoints to only hit the /recaptcha and /youtubei/v1/channel/reveal_business_email?key=yourkey (might be doable in 2 requests, could need more for authentication, unless you do it in advance)
• To solve recaptcha, you'll need some 3rd party service, they are everywhere and cheap, costs $1-2 per 1000 captchas.
• Cycle between accounts and figure out a way to navigate the parser efficiently (Prepare list of channels from 3rd party resources, like socialblade, there might be better options too. Parse only niches that you need or you'll spend a lot on solving captchas haha.)

Can hire someone or tinker away yourself. Scope of project is very small, I wouldn't pay more than 3 digits for this script. Generally, you always want to hit the smallest and deepest endpoint available. You don't want to request the document page and be forced to execute JS and deal with webdrivers.

You forgot to include a script for warming Gmail accounts as if not warmed you will be burning tons of them. Really not worth the bot way...

Nowadays it's all about costs. Automation itself is not the aim. Lazy TV is the best TV

I have never parsed anything from Google, so I don't know how fast these accounts would die. But they are an important expense, if they start dying fast, could easily surpass the captcha expenses. By warming up I assume you mean that you want to generate activity on the accounts, by making requests to YouTube and maybe other Google's pages. That would take quite some time and effort, because you would want a webdriver for this part. Perhaps, you could obtain account lists in some "other" way at bulk pricing and just burn through them.
