Amen.The best is to never go for unlimited space host. Since there is no such thing as unlimited space.
And that stupid File Manager they have is the absolute worst part. Once they shut down your site (which is what they basically did to us because we refused to upgrade any further), you can't even get in there to delete things or (what we wanted to do) move everything elsewhere. And their "support"? There is no support. It's just a bunch of dudes reading back the scripts they were given.
Ultimately, all said and done, in addition to the money we wasted on building there, we are also out around $1,800 in advertising costs alone. We had just launched a campaign before everything went south and the whole network crashed. They could do nothing to help us get it back up and functioning. So, basically, we advertised our network across several platforms only to have visitors click through to a dead site. Ugh.
