Where does this weird Backlinks comes from

I started his blogging a few weeks back and I suddenly started getting backlinks from some web directories with the anchor text "Go Now". I have also seen the same anchor text in various other sites.
The below is the screenshot of the webpage that is linking to my page.

I have some questions about this.

• How do these directories found my site? Is it done by automatic bots?
• Is it harmful to our ranking?
• How to build a directory site like this that automatically links to the new content on the web?

Yeah, I also have plenty of those links... but I don't stress myself out about them.
I assume those are automated links but no clue how they find my site.
