Ranking Youtube Video

Hello everyone, as you know each country has a different ranking on youtube, so my question is::
How can I rank my video for a certain keyword in a certain country like the US, should I use a US proxy when uploading? or maybe send views from US users?

Wrong, rankings on youtube are pretty much the same for all countries.

I have had the same problem for a year. Videos make millions of views in my native language (although most videos are quite universal and have little narration, the image dominates). I translate titles and descriptions, add subtitles as is narration. And I cannot go beyond the recipients from my country.

What am I doing wrong? Should I set the film language to English in the content without narration?

That's a great tip. Also maybe you can create a replicate of the video selecting English as the language
