What he meant was if all the cell phones were in the same location they will all be hooked up to the same cell phone tower and some carriers pass the tower number. But they are not all the same carrier so that isnt really an issue but the apps like honey is they pay about $7 for two gig of data so they are paying you less per gig than you are paying the cell phone company.


In the past we used them for craigslist accounts (each account needed a landline or cell) so we used them to create those and post and used to make $600 to $800 a day from cl but those days died along with cl.

I'm not sure which one, but I would start any kind of farm (proxy, something else) and turn it into a passive income....I can't suggest something specififc, but I would dig into this direction good luck!
