SEO Proposal and questions?

I’ve been doing a lot of reading on seo for a local real estate site. I have someone who built my site on Wordpress with IDX who wants to do the SEO work. However, I’m not only looking for a good deal but quality seo work. I’ve included the details of his proposed plan. I would appreciate thoughts on questions that I should ask. Also, what are your thoughts on a fair price for the seo work? 01: The Baseline Sprint

To be honest not a lot details here other then pretty general bullet points.

I would ask for specific case studies or clients he's had within your industry so you can verify this guy knows what he's doing. That's a lot of work for one person, and if spread too thin could result in low quality work across all "sprints lol" especially when it comes to the content creation.

If he's done it before and has successful clients in that industry then worth a shot, but if your site's gonna be the test dummy I'd look elsewhere personally.

Yes, he is completely right. This guys is most likely dropshipping and scamming you by promising a big plan that sounds great.

Think - if he can do ALL this, then how come he doesn't just make a great profitable site himself? He is literally proposing to do everything for you - why doens't he just do this and make 100 sites for himself?
