so its old news i had a heart attack 10 months ago [ recovering well ] trolls beware
anyways when my doc put me on a mostly Mediterranean diet, except when my wife
makes a pie . lols

i found an online fish monger who will deliver my cod and clams and fish cakes
i can have with my 5x a week salad.

They drop me a home deliver every 2 months -- i recently noticed on there site it said
spend x amount get 10% discount - but this was for website placed orders only not
by phone which was how i always do my order.

so yesterday i ordered 80 quids worth of cod, 36 fish cakes, 2 kilos of clams,
now the woman at the shop knows me after this being my 5th phone order,

so i asked, hey, can a phone order get the 10% discount, she said well usually its
for people ordering through our website, BUT, as you have ordered from us 5x this yeat
a total of almost 460GBP on 5 fish orders, and its my shop, im gonna allow it.

heart specialist told a little bit of something like that now and again is Fine
