a home made mince beef and onion pie with roasties
cauliflower and broccoli. i love my life . bb in 20 mins

@Sardi your right but even my specialist told me
you can have the odd meal outside of your Mediterranean diet
but 90-95% needs to be Mediterranean diet. i eat salads with fish/chicken
4x a week.....a chicken dinner on sunday......salad cobs on a saturday
and 1 meal a week is my choice. 1 outa 7 isnt bad

most of the stuff i keep in the fridge since my diet change is
an improvement from a year ago. now we have low fat milk
low fat yogurt, benecol drink, benecol butter. lots of salad.
beet juice drink, cranberry juice . low fat cheese .

i can probably do a little better, but compared to last year
im eating way better, 8 full chickens in my chest freezer
fresh cod, 36 fresh made fish cakes, clams.
and thats only my 2nd mince pie this year. i earned it
