Hello I have stealth Payoneer verified address etc and can retrieve documents. I am trying to make a stealth eBay, would I need anything else aside from that info? My Gameplan goes such as;

They no longer support Payoneer.
Go for another bank account, either local or Revolut.
Revolut's been working great for me for now. I guess they trust it better than other sketchy virtual banks.
