Mostly what I understand is:
1. PBNs nowadays look exactly like a nornal site.
2. When you run PBNs through Semrush and Ahref, it shows you 0 monthly traffic?

Is that all?

Recently, I found some gigs on Fiverr where they are offering guest posts for really cheap on some decent-looking 'Google-news approved' websites. They show decent organic traffic. I am wondering if I am missing something?

Eg. businessmodulehub.com

Looks like a real website, right?

shows you 0 monthly traffic

1. Ahrefs gives you a rough idea about the OT but is often way off. I have a site that has 90k organic traffic per month and Ahrefs picks up 20k.
2. I know of a tutoring site that offers classes 4 times per week (following the school term). This site has 0 traffic during the terms and 2k/week traffic before the term starts.

In my opinion, traffic alone does not show that a site is "normal" or powerful. But in the case of your example site, they are heavily leaning on guest posting income. There's a balance between posting quality content and accepting guest posts.

Some PBNs have plenty of traffic, fake and/or real. That itself increases the link value so many pbn owners make sure there's some traffic

Pbns are actually trash and Just for tier 2 backlinks , Plus if this seller is providing you this link that you mentioned that would be good but at last in 15 days the link would be deleted or The link would be on Sub-Domain .
