This is my second case study focusing on Zeydoo network with a focus on offer #1297. This is a mainstream smartlink offer and privately available to a few publishers.

I have setup the campaign to focus on mobile pop traffic and CPA Goal will be used as my bidding preference. Below is my success case with one of the GEO that I am targeting. Spent $0.622 and rake in a revenue of $2.50. CPA goal seems to be working well but scalability seems to be an issue. Looks like i will need to work on more GEOs to identify more winners. But the problem that I face here is that there do no seems to be a lot of profitable GEOs. I have tested quite a few GEOs along this case and has all resulted in losses.

Failed Campaigns: Below is a list of campaign running the same offer which suffer losses and have to be stopped.
Total Spent: $20.153, Revenue: $4.429, Loss of -$15.706

Wait Wait, are you really drawing conclusions on pop traffic based on 500 impressions? Dude... That's not even close for testing. You need to track the profitable geos, devices, browsers, zones. You need to find the right combination. And you will need lots of traffic. One campaign can start unprofitable but after optimizing it can be really profitable. And on CPA goal auto optimization their algo need lots of traffic to test out zones.

I understand you. But I do not have a big budget to play around with. I can only target the low hanging fruits. GEOs whereby I can score easily without very in depth testing. I have faced many times where I spend so much money just to get 50k - 100k impression but still ended up losing money. Don't have that deep pocket to keep burning :) I am not a crypto millionaire.. haha.

But you are right and spot on in terms of campaign optimization.

Quick update: Spent $6.051, Revenue= $16.20, Profit $10.166, ROI 168%
Seems like current method is working. Working on scaling more campaigns and GEO now. :)
Well, if I can keep this momentum going, I would be able to reach $100 profit daily soon.
Offer 1297 is gold and Pop traffic is doing well for this offer. The trick to working with 1297 profitably is to avoid mainstream GEO like FR, USA, ID, IN,etc.

So far, I have 2 highly profitable GEOs running for this offer, making 300% ROI, around $20 profit daily. Tested around 20 GEOs, all with losses. Not going to create more test for this offer till I recover my losses from these 20 GEOs. The losses from these 20 GEOs amount to $160. So it should take me close to 8-9 days to recover my losses before creating more campaigns to test for this offer.

If your budget for experimentations is limited, limit your test to geos with more potential and try the rest later by reinvesting profits.
Overall it looks like you know what you're doing and letting doubt limit your success.

Best wishes mate, and remembet that the way between 0 to $20 per day is longer than $20-$100/day.

Yes I am moving very carefully and maybe over risk adverse. The issue that I have is this, I do not know which GEOs are going to be profitable until test. I checked with AM, but somehow the GEO and traffic do not match so it turns out to be unprofitable. Thank you for your positive comment. Brightens up my day :)

You need to be with 4 eyes on campaigns in push/pop. The thing is that this sort of traffic can contain many different types of registrations.
We tested many formats on many different geos with several industries, many fake leads from specific sources, many proxied leads from weird geos, and a lot of underaged and people that swear they didn't sign up, no matter how white the offer was.

As one of the members replied here, you need to extract the specific sources that do bring you real results and the targeting to reduce all the other junk and the extra costs, but for that, you need direct contact to understand their quality, otherwise, you can lose a lot.

The issue is this, as you tighten with more filters and even go to the extend of working on whitelist, you will realize a big drop in traffic volume to the extend that it not possible to work with due to too low traffic volume. The traffic source can boost of millions of traffic but after optimization you will realize that actual traffic volume that delivers are only a fraction of what is available. And usually you have to bid sky high to get access to these volume of traffic if you work on whitelist. And as a result you end up with little to no profit.

Are you using prelanders?
Tested both. In fact for certain offer, prelander actually decreases traffic volume even more. Despite seeing higher conversion rate, but traffic volume suffer greatly. It makes better sense to not use a prelander for certain offers.

But this is exactly the point, you need to work with a tracker if you're working with propeller ads, their reporting system is complicated and half functioning just so you will not see the whole picture.
You need to collect those sources, put them on a separate whitelisted campaign and bid high on them. This is why this part is a never-ending one in this game...

Also saw your message about the pre-landers, it is very sensitive, you need to pick the correct pre-lander, are you using any tools like adplexity to mimic offers and scout targeting of different campaigns? - because in some industries the right pre lander can boost the results quite good, but again, depends on the industry you're in

Ok, finally had some good success running this offer. ROI is pretty good to be honest. I am able to achieve around 100% ROI or more. But heavy optimization is required to achieve this ROI.

So the filter that I am using are listed. The traffic type that I am using is still pop traffic.

1) Publisher ID blacklist ( I am not using whitelist, as my CPM rate gets very expensive once I begin to use a whitelist)
2) OS/ Browser Version filter (Avoid android webview browser/ facebook browser)
3) Device Type filter
4) ISP filter
5) Cities blacklist
6) Day Parting blacklist by hour
7) Device Brand blacklist
8) User activities (If you are running on pure traditional CPM bid mode),else leave it to default.

This campaign is more or less considered a success due to the high ROI. The stats below is for today only.

Keep it up OP you are doing great. Looking forward to more of your update.

Amazing! Keep it up you on the right way
Thanks. Not a lot of offer can get such high ROI. Another campaign that I am running gets me between 4% - 12% ROI despite much optimization. I had to run this campaign even with low ROI as I have specific ad spending target daily. So I need to spend out the budget and make sure no losses are incurred even with little profit.

This offer is getting pretty consistent result now. Seems like the smartlink is doing its magic rotating the offer now. Shall work on a new case study for now as this offer is on auto pilot mode now and require not further optimization unless leads dried up.

hey as i am beginner what pricing modal should i use for POP traffic with mvas campaign?
