Hopefully there's a chance for him getting back after some period, he probably had testosterone/caffeine combo issues. (guessing)

as for blackhat lifter when you get 2/3/4 warnings for rude behavior
you can have no complaints if you ignore those 2/3/4 warnings
and still get banned for continued rude behavior after 2/3/4 warnings
and as for shapads , hes hardly a quality member if by quality you mean
a member who consistently commits bhw rule violations. and all members
get 2/3/4 warnings b4 a ban........so anyone getting banned after multiple
warnings isnt a high quality member - hes an idiot for not heading warnings

You'd be surprised how many people rack up 15 or more warnings.
Not pounts, but actual warnings.
Never heard of him/her, so maybe not as high a quality as some.

Btw, although we can ask for our account to be suspended for a certain period of time, (I'm not someone who recommends it) in my book, you're either active or not, I believe that if someone asks to be banned for a couple of weeks in that case it certainly wouldn't say:
"Banned - Inappropriate behavior"
